Without a doubt THE BEST TRIP we have ever taken together as family!

The fireplace in our new house gets a make-over and I think it turned out wonderfully!
It started out with this terribly 60's orange brick that had three 'shelves' jutting out of it in random places. I drew up a plan of attack and Michael took the shelves off, framed around it and then I plastered, painted, stained and added a temporary mantel above.
